@Buddy Holmes. I have recently used Personal Capital I really enjoy it (No, I really, really do). I had asked my co-workers and friends if anyone had used Mint or Personal Capital before I tried, but realized I would need to be the first in my immediate group. The program is wonderful! Easy to link my external bank, brokerage and real estate accounts (including the mortgages for each) and an ability to link to Zillow for a zestimate of each property (not the most accurate but decent).

You will see a larger percentage of what they label alternative investments, but that of course represents our various real estate holdings. So many great tools to drill into budgeting cash flow (income versus expenses), not the real estate deal analysis type and tools for brokerage and IRA holding breakdowns and analysis. I absolutely loved the free analyzer for Retirement scenarios including desired age to retire, cash flow requirements and other variables you can play with.

I highly recommend trying the program. I was skeptical but I should have gotten the program sooner. I can already see I have too much cash overall (not retirement enough yet, lol) and need to deploy it soon.

Happy 12th birthday BP. As others have said, wish I would have joined back then. So much wonderful knowledge and idea generation through here.

@Omar Merced. I am a long time viewer of BP but never joined until now. I am local to San Antonio and felt compelled to reply, thus I created the account I should have long ago. Being a local here, after I left the Army, I have little patience for scammers. Now, I do not know the person you mentioned and this is not intended as liable or slander in any form. However, I have a car and gas. The address provided by the person you mentioned does not exist. The street address, 8507 Espanola Dr, Helotes TX 75023 literally does not exist. I drove by and there is an 8502 followed by and 8510. Where that address would be is an empty parcel of land. The address itself is not even valid through our local Bexar County Tax Assessor website (bcad.org). No results found. Perhaps that person typed his own office address. It is a residential area of houses. Either way, Good luck to you. Thanks for motivating me to finally join BP.
