I work for a national lender and cover CA... there are a lot of different things you can do to lessen closing costs... I specialize in keeping as much out of pocket money out of my deals as possible... Send me a message would love to connect with you discuss options and maybe get you a better deal.

Happy to give you some tips maybe cut you a better deal.

Probably the best thing to do to check property values I’d work with a real estate agent maybe look on Zillow for whst comps might be going for on Zillow, and things like that.

yeah. As a MLO myself I wouldn't do that. You'd be paying a higher interest rate. You'd be better off refi when you are down to 80% LTV or your property appreciates in value. That's happening a lot in places I originate.

I actually am currently a MLO. I work for Mortgage Lenders of America a nationwide online lender based in Overland Park, Kansas. I originate mostly on the west coast andTexas. I eventually want to expand in to investing. I think getting in to MLO first is pretty valuable. You get a real good idea of what properties are worth guidelines in terms of lending, and work with the numbers behind a deal maybe more than the agent does.

You have to take a 20 hour course and then your test. I went through loanofficerschool.com for my course

pretty much know the process. Looking for a place I can get started. Most any job I see requires an already established person.

I have always had an interest in real estate. Being in a wheelchair makes being an actual real estate agent hard, somid like to get in to the mortgage buisness. I gave 3 years sales expierence in freight sales. I'm not currently licensed but willing to work hard to learn and get my license. I have sevreal relationships with area real estate agents, so I feel I could get off to a fast start.

Anyone out there that could help I'd appreciate it

im in the same boat. From a KC. I've done a lot of reading. Want to get in to wholesaling because I've always had an interest in real estate and investment. I'm in a wheelchair so getting in to a lot of properties can be tough so wholesaling is a fit for me. Anyone willing to give me a boast on getting started would be appreciated.

I'm just starting out in wholesailing in Kansas City. Right now I'm building a buyers database. I'm curious though. I work odd hours a lot of times. Is it possible to do deals and not go to the closing? I ask because with my schedule it can be hard for my schedule to meet up with others. If it is possible how does the process work?

Thank you

Thanks
