i am brand new to investing and real estate. But i have been very hands on for the last 5 months due to assisting my mother with her first property. So what I can add to this topic is what i found out is that if it is on har it is a good listing. Many others like trulia, zillow, etc.... I found many listing that were either sold or off the market even when it said otherwise. Hope it helps some.

Hello all, My name is Shalan Winter. Pronounced shuh lon, if that helps. I am new to the industry and have no experience. Right now I am like a sponge, researching and reading books. I came accross this website by searching a question i had on google. I have been researching for about 3 months now and its time for action. I have a good idea of the type of investing i want to start with and plan. Myself like many others dont have the extra cash to put up right away and with my j.o.b. it doesnt allow for extra income as fast as i need. I see some use wholesaling as a means to extra cash and i found lease option assignments to get cash going also. I would love to meet and network with those in my area as well as those on this site. Thank you and sorry if my introduction is somewhat lengthy. I am thirsty for knowledge and I am an action and results oriented type of person.
