Hello Bigger Pockets, ive done some research on this but i want to know. Is there any way to profit from FSBO? Maybe as an assignment deal or something? Any input is appreciated! Thanks.

Patrick is right on about the finding ARV... An example of the 3%he is talking about goes like this... Property BRV is at 50k, rehab costs 20k, ARV is now 100k, then some may add an additional 3% to that 100k to sell at 103k... But I agree i wouldnt add that 3% either especially if you already are going to profit well.. Hope this helps
