Michael,

I have been working in the San Antonio market for almost 4 years now and I would love to see if we can work together. I have done rehabs, wholesaled a lot and I am also licensed realtor. I work for a small 2 man brokerage and we both are heavily involved in the investing community down here and do this full time. If nothing else I can definitely help you out finding good contractors and lenders. Let me know if you would like to talk more.

Matthew I would love to learn more about you and your project and would love to help you out wherever I can. If you want to shoot me a PM maybe I can meet you out at the property and I can help answer any questions you may have. Good luck with everything!

Good Afternoon Steve!

I can definitely help you out in your search. I have been a realtor/investor for the last 3+ years and I have worked with a number of out of state clients so if you have any questions please feel free to email/call/text and I will be happy to help where I can.

I am looking to start my own portfolio of rental properties on the South Side of San Antonio and around downtown. I have access to more properties down here than I can wholesale at one time so I want to start renting them out myself. I know the margins are good and I can pick them up cheap but I want to know if there is anything in particular any investors wish they would have known before they began renting down there. Really bad pockets? really good pockets? Property management companies. Any info will help. Thanks!!!

San Antonio is the perfect market to pick up the cash flowing rentals you are looking for @Edgardo Matos I have a couple of rental properties myself and I definitely know how nice it is to see the cash flow plus the tax advantages of holding on to a property rather than flip. Have you done much research into the south side or near downtown? Are you utilizing a property management company?
