With so many programs, seminars, FLIPPING shows, and Gurus with a "HOW TO FLIP" concept, it has become so hard to know what to look for or what makes a good system or mentor to choose from. 

What I did was compared apples to apples and researched based on a simple Algorithm of statistics, success rates and failures, HANDS ON Flipping Strategies against THEORY DIY (Do It Yourself). 

What I found is that most Seminars and Gurus understand the law of numbers and base their Educational Platform on that fact. It's called "The 80/20 Rule which means only 20% percent of the people will do 80% of the work. It's not that the information education given is not good and valuable, it's just the law of numbers. 

So if your spending upwards of about 30k - 100k on a Real Estate Flipping education you better be in it for the long haul and have the right MIND SET to WIN because theirs no one to really push you but YOU!

That's why Studies show that 97% of people that get involved in Real Estate  or Real Estate Investing Fail.

In my research I believe I have found a SOLUTION to the problem. Now this SOLUTION has a 30 to 40% SUCCESS rate as opposed to 3% Success in most Real Estate Investing Education. I have not found any other Real Estate Investing Educational Platform doing this.
