I would not evict but I would help her to find a place that can care for her needs, only because it is more liability to keep her on the property. I will not stop there though I would reach out to who cares for this women and work with them to find a elderly care facility to put her in if possible. One of the things I do in this industry we call "Real Estate Ministry" because we believe its not just about making but also helping as many people as we can.

I know everyone has an opinion even myself but the fact of the matter is You have to find out what you're good at.  It's so easy to fall into the trap of listening to everyone else and their niches however their niche might not work for you. Maybe you need to flip  Or wholesale Something that would give you the experience of dealing with people finding deals  And strategies on how to find deals. Yes everyone wants to jump into realestate and get a bunch of properties and build their realestate per folio but the fact of the matter is they have the lack of experience
