Some of these responses are truly hilarious. I do appreciate everyone's opinion and feedback so thank you, this exactly whatI intended. I love the fact that everyone has there own take on why I created this dialogue. 

Some are in agreement that it's a MINDSET issue and if you stick with anything long enough you will have SUCCESS but the problem becomes most people don't stick with it long enough to have success but will work a job for someone else for 40+ years only to retired on half of what they could not live off in the first place. 

Then you have the conspiracy theorists that think I have some secret motive to have you get our coaching which is not why I started this dialogue even though we are the only "Hands On" Coaching platform in SoCal. However there is a selection and interview process. I don't know what a WAG is but I will take that to mean (Winning At Giving) at the end of the day we call it "Real Estate Ministry". We don't claim to be the Guru's in this industry we currently have 26 projects going on at once and they're always challenges but REAL Estate is the BEST!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Long Beach.

Cash invested: $115,000

This project is what we call a "Fortune PriceLift" which means that we will bring in the MONEY for the REHAB, bring in the CONTRACTOR, we will give the HOMEOWNER UPFRONT $$MONEY if needed, in this case we gave the homeowner what they asked for in the amount of $50,000 to what ever they want with.

We then get the house to it's HIGHEST VALUE then we SELL it for them at TOP DOLLAR.

That's the (FORTUNE PRICELIFT)

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

No one is this industry is Real Estate Investing this way. That's why we call it "REAL Estate MINISTRY"

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

A Referral through FACEBOOK.

How did you finance this deal?

Investor Funds. OPM (Other People's Money)

How did you add value to the deal?

I actually put up my OWN INVESTOR MONEY at NO upfront cost to the homeowner and we are INCREASING the value of their home.

I also provide the Contractor which can be very hard to find the right one.

Last but not least I am taking away the stress and worry of finding the right Realtor to sell the house for TOP DOLLAR because WE DO that as well.
ONE STOP SHOP!

What was the outcome?

The Homeowner is AMAZED at how we were able to bring in ALL THE MONEY, do a joint venture and give her money up front in the amount of $50,000, bring in the Contracting team to do all the rehabbing, send her on a 8 DAY 7 NIGHT COMPLIMENTARY VACATION on US, and Sell her house for them at TOP DOLLAR where they get the LUMP SUM!$

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Make sure you choose the RIGHT CONTRACTORS, Get the job done in 60 to 90 Days, Dollar In Dollar Out. Some of the Challenges are being on a busy across from a High School.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes

There's a lot of REAL Estate educational platforms out there promising to show you how to invest in real estate or flip houses, so why is it out of the hundreds of people that sign up for these seminars, these educational platforms, these personal coaching sessions, etc. ONLY have 3% success rate?

Is it that the people don't stick around long enough to have success or is there no REAL TRAINING involved to actually ensure your SUCCESS?
