Hello BP. Im looking into the BRRR strategy and was wondering which credit unions or community banks are you all using here in the peach state. My team and I have heard/ read some of the advice on using these types of banks so we just wanted to get some ACTUAL first hand experience on the local banks being used. We are also looking for good hard money lenders. Thanks all for the great advice Im sure ill receive =) Also yes we are local and we are looking into flips as well.

Find a skiptracing company with flexible pricing plans, no long-term contracts, and excellent customer service to pair with your list generation. If you'd like a referral code or more information let me know.
I would be interested in the referral code. I am about to launch my investor division within my brokerage and doing all my research on the best places to find lists, skip tracing, scripts etc. ANY and ALL advice anyone can give me before we start smiling and dialing would be great!
I sent you a message :)
Jp can you also send me the referral code? Thanks
Did you end up trying "best skip trace"? If so, how did it go?
@Jennifer Durkee Unfortunately we did not use the services as of yet. For best skip trace you will need a name to go along with the address. I'm sure having that will only increase the chances of finding the owners information. We're finding abandoned homes and don't have the homeowners name

Hello everyone,
Im looking to get my Ga RE license and was wondering about the experience dealing with this institute.
Has anyone used the Georgia MLS Training Institute to get licensed? If so how was your experience? Do you feel like it really prepared for the exam? Also I'm looking to do the online class if that makes a difference. Or if you know of a better school I'm all ears

@Nicole Simmons Man that spread sheet is pretty amazing. How long did it take to do it? If you go to BPInsights I believe they have a few select markets analyzed in there. But thank you for your help I really appreciate
