@Heidi Hughes  Is this a commercial loan for an investment property or is for a primary residence?

I am curious to hear what kind of terms everyone is getting these days. The best long term fixed rate quote I am getting is 5.75% fixed for 15 years (fully amortized). How does this compare to banks others are using? Thanks in advance!
