I can't find it anymore, but I had read at one point that the tax credit would be dwindeled down. I had read that the plan was to do a 6k credit from May-Jul, a 4k tax credit from Aug-Oct and a 2k tax credit Nov-Dec.

Can't find anything out there to support it though.

Hi Ryan,

I am a little bit more structured so I have what I call and Invesment Property Qualification sheet with a bunch of questions. I am getting my website made right now and I am going to put the questionaire on there also.

Sometime though, I know the seller is motivated even before I fill out the whole sheet. If you PM me, I can send you a copy so you can use it also.

As for negotiation, I heard someone say that if you are not embarrased by your offer than it is too high :)

Hi,

I have a short sale in process right now for personal use. I know we don't have to close until the end of June, but what exactly has to be dony by the end of April? I don't want to lose out on the free money from Uncle Sam.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here, I would be interested in seeing them as well.

I would like to see the BPO portion of it. How do you deal with the broker to have them come in below FMV.

I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

I had a seller in a probate case trying to do something similar. Sell me the property for what he owes and then asked me to write a check on the side.

In the Navy terms, I did an About-face and marched :)

Great idea Mitch...In this market there is alot of money to be made with the short sales.

Yes, E., I would ask them to market my wholesale properties for me so I can eventually build my database.
