@Jaron Walling & @Stone Saathoff

Thank you both for your responses. Always a little uneasy when something unknown is happening to the world. I totally agree that the best time was yesterday. I will continue to look for the right deals, and I am confident that I will get involved as soon as it is feasible.

Thank you!!

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is safe and well during this time we are living in. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on the bills being passed regarding no mortgage payments, or any other bills or laws being passed that would halt or make investing a bit more difficult.

I have not yet purchased my first investment property, I have just taken this time to learn and ask as much as possible. I was curious if experienced investors are still looking to purchase homes during this virus? Regardless of the answer to this question, would you mind explaining why that is your answer.

Thank you very much,

Sam Gleadle

@Isaac Bazek Thank you. This is good to hear and read coming from a contractor as well. The advice was definitely sound from above in the prior messages. I know this will all workout fine.

Thanks again.

@Trent Stone Thank you for your response. I will check out that book and I definitely love the idea of the price gapping and incentives. We are going to be as thorough as possible when choosing our first ever contractor.

@Account Closed Good tip that I have not heard of before. Thank you Sue for your input.

Thank you both for your responses and taking the time to respond.

Hey guys,

Myself and two friends are getting into real estate investing together and have found a property that we believe to be a good starting property. It needs a little bit of TLC, so we are beginning our search for a contractor.

I was wondering if there were any questions one must ask. One that you have found, through your experience in investing, has popped up a few times, or that is just important in general.

We have some general questions, but figured this was the place to ask for the big ones!

Thanks guys
