Hello to all members, I am new to bigger pockets, and hope I will get a lot out of it.

I am a multi family  investor in nj, I have experience in rehabbing, renting out apartments, and taking care of buildings etc.

Since I already have my experience, I would like to start managing properties for other people, 

My question is, from what I researched it looks like a property management needs to have a real estate license, is it so?, and if yes how do I go about it, and everything around legal property management, again I'm based in new jersey.
