Thank you very much, I appreciate your input

My question is, besides the pre licensing course, is it important to take  those other classes too?

What's the difference between online classes and pre license course?

but look up "weichert real estate school" and you'll see they offer an online course, is that not real?

In NJ you can’t do it online unless it changed recently. It takes as long as the course takes plus the test afterwards. If you are only doing weeknights or weekends it might last 2 months until the right amount of hours are completed. The cost varies per school, then you have the test fee, mls dues, your brokerage might require you pay desk fees or printer use, etc. the startup can easily be in the 1-2k range with monthly payments.

 1) Shays the amount of hours required?

2) what does "mls dues" mean?

hello,

i want to get my real estate license for new jersey (i currently do not have any real estate license),

and would like to know how to go about it.  i can only do it in the afternoons or evenings (after 8)

so my questions are,

1)  can i do it through any online school,  so i can do it at my own convenience?

2) how long does it take?

3) any requirements in order  to be able to apply for a license?

4) whats the cost?

5) any other necessary info..?

                                     thank you
