Hi @Sam Marziano:, the way we did it when we were new, was through buying pre-foreclosures before they went to sale. It is something that needs to be learned to make sure you are compliant, but the payoff shaves years off of investing.

Welcome to BP! Never too late to get started, we have some members in our investor association that are in their 70's and still excited about investing and owning property that they want to pass along to their grandkids.

You aren't late. You might be even better prepared to tackle REI now. I think its important to be careful with comparing ourselves to others. We are all on our own track in life. I am excited for you to get started! I would be happy to connect and help in any ways that I can.
