Depends what kind of strategy you're looking to implement, are you looking for flips, brrrr, long term rentals etc. Check out the calculators that are on this website, they'll give you an idea of what pieces of information are important!

If you haven't already done this I would suggest starting to analyze deals like you are thinking about buying them. That is something I did that really helped my confidence when looking at properties. Even if it's not a deal you would actually think about buying it helps to go through the motions. Along the same lines, going to properties and walking through them to gain experience.
Hey guys,
I searched briefly for this exact topic and did not see it, but please direct me if there has already been a thread created on this.
I am trying to figure out a good company name and logo for our team as we move into buying our first deal together. We are looking for brrrr deals that are around in the 5-10 unit size. I know that the logo and company name are not necessarily the most important things to figure out, but I certainly don't want to regret our choice years from now when it is difficult to change. I know that I do not want our company name to constrict us geographically, for example a name like "Connecticut Real Estate Firm." Other than that though I'm not sure what is important... a memorable name, official sounding, institutional...?
As far as the logo goes, I have passable graphic designing skills so I should be able to create it myself but unsure what to model it after. Any help, personal experience or advice would be greatly appreciate!
