My name is Sam Smith I'm 26 years old fresh out of college and have a full-time job in my field of study. I want to become a real estate investor probably with the goal of buy and hold niche. I was wondering if it is a good idea to go for a real estate license and work part time as a way to gain more experience and knowledge well i save money to get started in the investment game?
