Hi Edward,

Welcome to the Columbus market. It’s a Hot market but good deals go quick. You have to be on your feet and be the first to make a move to get the good deals! I would suggest connecting with as many realtors that work with investors to be able to send you the best deals.

Southern orchard, old oaks, green acres, linden area are all great places to look at.

I purchased a property under my name but have partners investing. How do I avoid paying taxes their portion of the profit.

All these are great points, Flipping and the Brrrr are all good. If you are looking for a property whether its to Brrr or Flip let me know if you need help finding one! I work with some investors in town and help them find the properties they need!

I would start with looking for a new source, a new lender that will give you the % you are looking for? You could always Sell it.

I am a real estate agent here in Columbus. I own 10 rentals myself and 3 of them are condos. Columbus is a great market for you to see a high return on cash flow in rental property!
