@Dean Fiacco

I had to respond to your post bc I'm from St. Pete. Tampa was a big deal to visit, it was "far" away, lol. Tampas to nice but there's no beach...

@Anné Erickson

I agree with you that in the foreseeable future there will be more work at home employees than ever before

If the footprint for the commercial investor is shrinking, how are they going to continue to maintain and increase vacancy rates to stay profitable?

Yes there's a subset of investors that are buying up commercial properties left right and center. I don't know how they think they're going to keep their buildings occupied, do you?

Are there some kind of crazy tax loopholes that I don't know about?

ASTOUNDING! The Four Seasons reinvented itself in a matter of days to house hospital workers, total combined 2.3 million rooms!

American Hotel & Lodging *** (AHLA) said 15,000+ hotels have signed up to provide temporary housing for emergency and healthcare workers.

[Eventually they need profits right?]

Some hoteliers take sba loans from the care act, (cap on loans is $250k times mthly payroll costs,) some lose $ or close their doors, some just hope the economy picks up, or new legislation is created....

I wonder what percentage of hotels are going to go out of business...or worse?

@Tony F.

Tony I haven't done the research yet I wonder if more cannabis companies are failing or more CBD companies are failing

the CBD industry has become completely commoditized you can now buy CBD in Walgreens (I did extensive research on CBD)

So maybe in the future we can buy a weed from CVS???

A number of states deemed marijuana shops “essential” businesses and pot sales were up in recent weeks.

Does that mean marijuana real estate is pandemic-proof?"
