@Spencer Sutton how can I get in contact with you? I am very displeased. I am in process of firing Evernest and it has been a huge ordeal. My tenants are super happy to be done with Evernest, Evenest has charged me multiple times for things I did not approve of, I can barely get someone to respond to me, work that Evernest did on my property was horrendous, etc.

@Meghan Hunter I have seen them charge me for things 2x!! I am about ready to just manage myself from out of state and have a couple of local handymen help me out when things come up. I am under contract for another property and am 99% sure I will not use them. I am over them and can't do this anymore.
