Post: Local Driving for Dollars Conversion Rates? SF Bay Area

Hello BP Crew
Anyone out there in the ether have conversion rates for a driving for dollars strategy in the SF Bay Area? Particularly the higher end markets? IE, how many houses mailed/called and how many call backs and appointments set and deals closed?
I am starting out and trying to calculate costs and would be grateful for any data you could share if you've got it.
Cheers,
Sasha

Hi! I'm looking to start doing some research and I've heard the idea thrown around of finding purchases that have been made in cash. Does anyone know where you can find this type of data?
Post: Considerations in choosing a farm area?

Hi there,
How does one go about choosing a farm area? I know this must be a simple question with a simple answer and it still seems really overwhelming to me. What are things to consider when choosing a farm area? I'm in San Francisco and everything in my immediate area seems so expensive and competitive, and at the same time, there's a part of me that's more optimistic. I also have some cash, so that doesn't hurt, but a very tight marketing budget, so that does. Any advice out there?! I'm interested in the wholesale and wholetail models.

@Paul Faryna My goal is to go full time as a wholesaler/real estate investor with $2,000 of net rental income/month within the next year. My strategy is to purchase a home to live in that also has rental potential, although depending on the numbers I don't necessarily need to live there.
