I do not have any experience with JAX investements..

I am researching Jacksonville FL for SFR for rent. Researched a little bit (JAX Investment website) and also understand that they are used by Norada. Would you please help and clarify your skepticism? Any areas of concerns or somethings I need to be careful.

Question is that how do I get an "independent evaluation of vlaue" . Research I have done so far is using MLS comps of recently sold and active in market in that area.

Do you suggest any additional evaluation. Any service providers who would such services?

The only reason I was looking over at Cleveland property for 2 reasons

 1) the property was recommended by one of the turnkey providers. I was trying to do due diliegence to independently verify the recommendation. it is reasonably 2.5 hrs from where I live in michigan

2) The property met the %1 rule as suggested.

Was looking at using turn key provider as I was trying to optimize my time between job , family and other things.

I am sure those are not perfect reasons, but willing to hear your thoughts on Lyndhurst /Cleveland

I do not live in Cleveland Ohio, but thinking of a buying a rental property in Lyndhurst city of Ohio. The single family house is located near Cranover road. I have done basic research using Google.

Appreciate any input  from fellow BPers as regards to location, ability to rent or any other info.
