Hi Jerry,

Have you tried looking at a company like Might Buildings or Abodu? They sell prefabricated ADU's and offer easy to access financing. You could rent out the ADU to pay that loan off.

Hello,

Happy to connect if you want a deeper dive? I just helped a client sell a condo in Sunnyvale in a similar situation. 

The condo market is not necessarily 'down' but there are some interesting data trends to look at. I would look at the long term and see the appreciation trends vs the $1,500 month loss. Positioning to sell coming into the summer months maybe a good option, particularly with more buyers becoming active & DOM trends dropping.
