I was focusing on the Denver area but the more I learn, the more I’m realizing about the great opportunities to invest in out here in the Springs as well. I’m still understanding which opportunity is best for me right now as far as house hacking or rentals but would appreciate any insight on the best ways to build passive income.

Hello! My name is Savannah White. I'm a 26 year old who just moved from the Washington D.C. area to Colorado Springs while I search for a rental apt. (and job) in Denver. A little about me - I love all things outdoors, I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016, and I've been working in real estate development for the past three years. I'm excited to connect with people in and out of the Denver area as I continue my journey in learning about residential real estate investing.
