Not that it matters since most lenders have ignored the waiver in the first place.

I learned the hard way that I attracted fewer private money investors when I offered to pay higher interest rates and points.  If I made my return modest (6 to 8% & 1 or 2 points) it was more realistic and not "to good to be true"!

I run everything through Arcana Insurance.  I just call them and they take care of it.  I cannot speak to your specific situation.  You might want to call them and see what they can do.  I am not affiliated with them in any way.  I'm just a customer.

Bamboo makes a great natural fence and privacy screen.  There is a maintenance aspect to keep it from spreading.  You can Google how to control it.

I have an app on my iPad that let's me view and edit MS Office documents.

You can get an iPad for about $300.  Those work well.
