Just got a new policy on a $111,500.00 SFR for $933.00.

Thank you Andrew and Nick for the feedback! Question for you both - which cities do I need to be aware of POS inspections, Certificates of Occupancy and/or Rental license requirements, regional income tax, etc. I don’t want to miss any of those extra expenses when analyzing properties.

My wife and I are flying into KC the weekend of 2/17-18. Quick trip, but we wanted to scout out some good B-grade neighborhoods like Raytown, Independence, etc. - any suggestions for other B neighborhoods that offer solid investment SFR’s? Also, suggestions for a fun part of the city to stay and go out in Saturday night? Thanks BP Community!

Hello BP members! I am in the beginning stages of creating my business plan and searching for key people to get my investing started on the right path. At this point I am looking for referrals for a CPA in Colorado that is knowledgeable in both out of state investing and working with self directed IRA's. Preferably located in the Boulder or Denver metro areas.
