@Christopher Munn the market is hot and will continue to stay hot. Stick to your business plan and be discipline. It will pay off big time in the long run!

@Bill E. I think just taking action and doing a deal is more important than anything else. Find something that makes sense and take action. My advice would be to stay focused and not chase a shiny object as you start to scale.

@Fabian Kulynych you can structure it any way you want. If your building a business out of it, I would consider making it a win for both parties involved. In the multifamily space, todays market likes 7% pref with a split or waterfall thereafter.

@Noah Levenson my opinion is bigger. Believe it or not it has much less risk to it due to the scale your buying in. To answer your other question, yes, going bigger will accelerate your growth as an investor. Let's connect to dive deeper on opportunities.

@Joao Da silveira you've come to the right spot to learn. Get involved in forum and pick the brains of those who are doing exactly what you want to do. Real estate is a very wide sector, figure out what area you want to focus in on and become an expert! Don't be a dabbler in every sector. You won't grow a business that way.

@Josue Vargas I wouldn't pull it out but rather take the self directed approach. Can connect you with a few reputable companies that help you in this transition if you want.

@Joseph Schreiber from the sounds of it you seem to fit the profile of someone who likes to invest passively in syndications. Great way to deploy capital and receive solid returns along with tax advantages. As other have said, educate yourself first before dumping your money with the first opportunity someone brings to you.
