 Thanks Brian! I will do my best. I hold a high standard as we do bring investors into our deals. My biggest wins are sometimes not doing deals!

@James Wright the glory of syndication is that your able to structure it any way you'd like. The question is, how many investors commit and can you close the deal with that particular structure? I have not structured anything with a replacement option after 5 years but with the right syndication attorney I'm sure you can get it set up correctly.

@James Syed if your looking for multifamily over 20+ units going through a broker is probably your best best!

@Andrew Fallwell Congrats on joining the BP community. You can find a deal or two in Evansville! I used to play hockey for the icemen there a few years back. The BRRRR strategy is great. I am in larger multifamily and always willing to share my experience and connect.
