@Shu Matsuo Post My personal opinion is to invest through and apartment syndication. You would be able to invest passively and not have to worry about running the deal while still generating fantastic returns. Send me a DM and I can share more with you.

@Travis Buchanan have you thought about investing in apartment syndications? It's a great way to invest passively and have a lot more protection than what a SFH offers.

@Tony M. I would still do exactly what I do now. Invest in value add apartment complexes. I get a great mix of cash flow and appreciation. I am not looking for wealth overnight or a get rich quick deal.

@Oye Dosumu Honestly, if you know another market well say in Texas or the Southeast, I would recommend building a team there instead and use 3rd party mgmt. Boston like NY just doesn't offer great yield.
