Does anyone have experience with an AirBnB in Duluth? I have a home there and I am considering going that route with it rather than selling it to help offset my monthly upkeep costs. I know the city charges for a license to rent or AirBnB a home there, and I would like to speak with someone that has experience in the area.

Thank you Jim. I wonder why none of the lenders I have spoken to never told me that.
I spoke to them earlier.. they will not do it anyway.
Has anyone used Primeway FCU for a HELOC on a rental? I am having a hard time finding anyone to do one for me.
