Thank you, Steve. I will be reaching out this week.

Hello BP community!

I am a wholesaler and I'm thinking about wholesaling FSBOs. Has anyone ever done this? Would a homeowner mind if I put in a purchase agreement to buy within 30 days and then obviously network with investors to flip the FSBO for a profit? Is this something you have experience with? Do you think a homeowner would be angry?

Thanks for any and all feedback!

Hello again BP community! My business partners and I are just getting started in wholesaling! Our next order of business is getting our purchase and assignment contracts written up by a professional.  My question to the community is does anyone know of any real estate attorneys in the North Jersey area that are investor friendly and deal with wholesalers?

Also any references to title companies would be great as well. Thank you and have a great day!

Hey BP community! This is my first post and my team and I are brand new to real estate wholesaling, with previous business experience. From what I understand and have learned so far, the magic in making the most money is acquiring a property under contract for as LOW as possible, that way the investor can make his cut and we can still make a good spread.

My question is how do you go about negotiating a deal for as low as possible? Some places I've read that sending letters is the best, but what about when we get them on the phone? What is the best way to negotiate a price as low as possible? What is best to say and not to say to a seller? How should we start off? Any other tips or advice in conversing with a seller would be much appreciated. Thank you!
