Hi All!

I have a home in Birmingham that I am currently offering with seller / owner financing. Seems not to be moving - but I have a lot of interest in Rent to own. I am looking for an Agent with experience and references as well as a management company to handle the Tenant. Can anyone recommend a Pro? Thanks.

hi. Usually I Fax to a ups / fedex store if they don't have a fax machine, and put those docs in my file. At the same time, if needed, FedEx unsigned docs to them with fedex return envelope.... Or... Fill up your car with gas and go.

Another option is using Docusign.

Yes. That is correct. I've gotten calls from agents looking for leads too. It's legal to have a person followup on leads.

I buy single family homes and sell them with my own seller financing program. Local homes in the Montgomery and Birmingham areas are currently my market. I do plan to expand throughout the state. My Average Buyer CAN NOT qualify with a bank to purchase a home. This is not a tough sale.

I am looking for someone that would be interested in following up leads I have on these homes using our CRM system. This is a position for an independent contractor and it pays commission once a deal is closed. Showing the home personally is your choice.

Currently, I do not list my homes with realtors. Although that may be changing, I would rather have a contractor make these contacts. I have plenty of leads. Just need local a local person to do followup.
