@John Dombrowski Although I'd like to pick up the business it would be cheaper for you to hire a sub and discount agent for your flip. That being said, we can do it if you're interested. Let me know if you want me to come out and have a look at your project. 

@Marcell Z. A common misconception about our model is that we take a portion of the profits from the homeowner. This is not true. 100% of profits go to the homeowner. We make the bulk of our money on the sales commission and a small amount on construction.

@Luis Alfaro you won't have to worry about a title company until you find a deal to wholesale. I recommend finding a true wholesale deal to start and the rest will be the easy part. 

@John Dombrowskii recommend finding a good deal on a flip worthy property and you will have no shortage of mentors/coaches wanting to talk to you.
