I can't tell you how much it will affect sales price but I can tell you from personal experience that some buyers will not even look at or consider 8' ceilings. Keep in mind that this is in San Diego in the $500-600k range that I have seen this so I am not sure how your home will compare. 

What is the price range on the subject property?

George, we used KTS Law in San Diego. We had them handle at least 100+ evictions for us (office in Carlsbad) and they always seemed to handle it well. I looked them up on yelp and they didn't have the best reviews but they always worked for us.

What are the criteria you are looking for on your investment properties? buy/hold? flip? a certain area? a certain cap rate? I come across deals that may work for some people and not others and I am always trying to increase my buyers pool.
