BP friends,

Need you help! What can I add or remove from the letter below that I plan to send to motivated sellers to make this marketing campaign successful? Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks.

Letter:

Dear ________________,

My name is _______________________. I am a real estate investor purchasing property in the ______________ area. I understand that you have a tax lien on your property located at ___________________________________________. I would like to buy your property ALL CASH if you are interested in selling. I buy property in ANY CONDITION.

Please give me a call at [REMOVED] so we can work together to find a solution for you.

P.S. If you are not interested in selling at this time, please hang on to this letter and give me a call when you are ready.

Sincerely,

Name

So you have your marketing suste in place and a finally have a motivated seller call you. Can you guys share some stories of how the ca usually go? What questions to do ask the seller to determine if they are selling and of its a good deal?

I am excited for this webinar as I work full time and would love to learn about the strategies I can beat take advantage of to be successful in Real estate investment. I do find it difficult now to manage my time now and prioritize so any advice would help.

Absolutely. It's important to educate your self and do your research/due diligence before getting into any deals.

I recently got a list of properties with tax liens. I want to reach out to the owners to see if they are in a distressed situation and want to sell their property for Cash. Has anyone done this before? And do you have a sample letter you sent to these owners? How effective is this process for finding good deals? And would you suggest going about this differently? Thanks for you feedback.
