Let’s say you use $50,000 on a HELOC to buy a property and use it as a Buy and Hold. Won’t it take years before you can get that $50,000 back from monthly rental income and repeat the process?

@Raymond Hunce I believe the contract has to be signed by both parties before the offer is considered accepted? So him vocally accepting shouldn't make something official. At least to my knowledge

What happens when you want to close on a wholesale deal using transactional funding but the end buyer wants to see the property first? How do you go about this
