@Account Closed Yeah, I've been hearing good reviews in regards to Investor Carrot and Lead Propeller! My main goal right now is to have a business email not necessarily a website. I should have been clearer with my question, although I do plan on creating one as soon as possible. I wanted a business email because I didn't want to have the whole "@ gmail.com" and want to be more professional and have "@ businessname.com". From my understanding, I tried creating only a business email specifically, but the process requires a domain name.. Which I'm looking to purchase, but not sure where to get it from with a good price and a good pay off when I do start making my website. E Host? Go Daddy? Etc! Does it have a difference?

Hello BP members!
I'm looking to buy my own domain name to get my own business email. Of course I also plan on making a lead generating website down the road.
I noticed theirs a lot of sites to buy a domain, (GoDaddy, EHost, iPage, BlueHost, WIX and A LOT more!) I don't have much capital so I am trying to save as much as possible. What are the best domain websites out there to get my own? I'm doing my research but getting bombarded with so much info, I'm scared to jump in and regret what I paid for. I'd like to hear from someone who've had their experience with domain names!
I'm more than likely going to educate myself to create my website, since I have the time to do so. Basically I'm looking for something cheap and something I can create/work on my own!
Thank you!

Hello guys,
I've been marketing to my market place lately and ran into a seller with no interest in selling her property in my market place, BUT. She has 5 properties down in Ely, Nevada looking to get rid of it as a package deal.
It is going to be a tough little project but I know it may be a very very big pay off as rental properties. I suggest someone who has a lot of deals under their belt to tackle this.
DM me if anyone is interested in Ely Nevada,
Cheers

Thanks for the share Minh, really inspiring. I love hearing people's success stories along with their bumps and bruises, great reminder that anyone can do it if you work hard and take risks. Hoping to share mine on here down the road. :)

@Sean OToole Ahhhhh, appreciate the information. What exactly are the cautions in buying properties in foreclosure in a general sense here in CA? Are there certain ways where you CAN'T buy a property? Let's say Cash offer, or other ways of financing like subject-to's?
I greatly appreciate the heads up, going to look into it more, although I did start mailing to them this week.

Hello everyone, I have two questions!
1) Has anyone used Property Radar? It seems to be a great lead generation tool to send out direct mail, I've used list source to create my leads but okay return. But on the other hand Property Radar is similar but a tad bit different (has forclosure/preforclosuer, nod, nts option and much more). From people who've had great experience using this resource what is the best way to create a good return on a mailing list?
2) What exactly is NOD, and NTS? I've done a little research to it but a little confusing, are these people good to target to get motivation?
Thanks in advance everyone!
