I have a house built in the 50’s that is all red brick. I have seen other flippers paint the brick and I like it, but does that increase the sale price of the home, or does leaving it with the original brick bring in the same sale price?

@Kane Warner as Nike says, “Just do it.” And part of that is Network like crazy! I don’t care how old you are, if your face is out there, somebody will start paying attention, even if they only want you to wash their car....for free.

Work for you, but come contract time, I hope you like to read because the Jr will most likely mess something up.
