@Bryan Blankenship The best way to target buyers is through direct mail in my opinion. I have been utilizing offer letters to purchase these types of properties and then using promotion and repeat buyer templates to target previous and new buyers. I give a small discount to my existing buyer's list so they are always happy to do business with me again.
