@John Apple burn the house down that way he has to buy a new one. Leave your business card in the rubble. When he call say something to the effect of “ if you kept me as your realtor I would have warned you arsons a real problem in this neighborhood”.

Yes Julian Gordon of the Multifamily Movement has a course were he teaches you this and it’s not very expensive at all.  You can even split the cost with a friend. He will even help you analyze your deal when it’s time to pull the trigger. Search for him on google or Instagram. Good luck.

Hey 👋, you should also reach out to Ron Faraci the owner of CTREIA. Taking there Multifamily corse and attending there meetings will sky rocket you forward. I have made invaluable connections that have allowed me to move forward, pick a farm area confidently, chose the class of tenant to target. I can’t recommend them enough. Good luck on your journey. Feel free to DM me anytime

Hello all! I’m currently looking to buy a commercial multifamily in Bridgeport CT. I’m a New Yorker so this market is completely new to me and appears way safer than the Newark NJ market. I’m looking to identify all the C class areas in Bridgeport and avoid the D class warzones. I’m mostly going to rely on my agent, but I wanted some additional impute from you guys. If you’re investing in the revitalization zones in lower Bridgeport: East End, Eastside, South bend, Black Rock I would love to chat. Any impute would help. Thanks in advance, I look forward to connecting.

Hello all! I’m a new investor I’m the Bridgeport CT. I’m from NYC and I’m in the market research portion of of my journey. I know the Bridgeport area has some war zones and I was wonder if I could get some in sight on the areas to avoid and the areas to check out. I’m specifically looking to buy a 4 unit or larger commercial residential. I’m currently a member of CTREIA and have paid to take there amazing Multifamily course and my last goal is to make amazing friends and connections in this market place. This is not my first business and I’m fired up get this journey started.
