What number makes a deal worthwhile for you, I'm just starting out and curious what other investors shoot for.

Thank you, and you're right. I didn't think to look into any comps.

I'm going to be making offers soon, what's the best plan of attack? Right now my plan is to just toss out a crazy low number and hopefully the seller will ask for a higher number that's what I really want.

I work and live on a SpaceX boat; I plan on using a VA Loan to buy a deal that will cash flow. Is it possible for me to be in trouble if I'm hardly ever away from work?

I'm looking at a property in Cocoa, Florida. 3br 2bt close to the beach. Rentameater.com is telling me the average rent in the area is $2,100. If anyone has any input, I'd appreciate it.

I need a CPA, but I obviously I don't want just any CPA. How would you go about looking for a good CPA who can help me navigate taxes and help me succeed.

P.S. if you know any awesome CPAs that can help with taxes dealing with being paid in private stocks, I know 20± people that also need a CPA.

@Karl Denton Thanks, I've been thinking of looking for a CPA to help me. Would this be in their scope?
