I'm just starting out, and really wanting to jump in head first, my problem is I don't know how.

What I would like to learn to do today is how can I look at a property in another state and figure out what it will cost to be rent ready.

This is currently my biggest hurtle right now and I would appreciate any guidance.

I'm just starting out, I have never used a loan and I'm having trouble understanding what's normal for loans. I'm Specifically interested in bridge loans and what is normal for them.

I love my phone, the usefulness of a smartphone can not be overstated. Being able to whip my phone out while in the middle of the Atlantic and look at the weather, or send my mother $400 in seconds is amazing.

I normally use PayPal for handling my money, the only problem is that PayPal let's you have a single account. Dose anyone know a better banking app?

If so what are your thoughts about him?

@Shmuel Gertel I would change and yellow or orange walls. I find that they're very harsh on the brain when having to look at so much for so long.
