@Paul Allen  I would recommend @Cameo Bennett as an investor agent here in Louisville and also in southern Indiana. She is licensed in both states.  She is an investor herself, a member of KREIA, and runs a women’s real estate investment group as well.  She is highly motivated and has helped me find 2 great deals on investment properties already!  She is a Pro member here on Biggerpockets!  I would recommend contacting her!

I currently own and manage my own rental property, but a partner and I are looking into possibly doing some flips to raise capital for our buy and holds. PM me if you would like to discuss real estate at any time.  All the lenders I know these days require some skin in the game so maybe we could discuss partnering up.  My partner and I are in need of someone with construction knowledge and we have the capital to put down for the skin in the game.

I would recommend Mya Neubauer at Weichert--ABG Realtors! She is a Bigger Pockets member and a member of our local REIA. She is very motivated, works with several other investors in the area, has an understanding of investment property analysis, and is willing to go the extra distance to find great deals not listed on the MLS! I would highly recommend you look her up! I am a dentist here in Louisville getting into real estate investment and Mya has helped me tremendously!

@Mehran K. Fortunately, I have been practicing for 12 years now and work with another dentist in my practice. I work 3 days a week and 1/2 day every other Saturday, but could always just drop the Saturday hours if I want to invest more time in RE. My strategy is to purchase a buy and hold rental property, but it seems like wholesaling might be more fun and more challenging. Thank you for the welcome!
