if you had $5000 in your savings today what would you do with it (today) what would you do to grow it to 1 million dollars in the next 5-10 years.

I’m new to real estate and I was looking for someone who I could shadow and learn from about real estate and or air BNB arbitrage in Houston. I want to see properties, learn how to manage them and learn how to talk to other people. As well as how to structure deals, determine the value of a property and how to find the right tenants.

I need to do some more reading and digging but two questions

Should I buy a house that is not a fixer upper and should I get a loan to pay my down payment? (What are some good loan services for a new time buyer with good credit?)

Hey Everyone! Hope all is well.

So I’m extremely new to real estate and more specifically rentals. I honestly have no idea where to start and it kind of seems overwhelming on where to begin learning all of the necessary information needed to be successful in real estate.
