Hi @Kimberly Stofan . I live in Folsom and am just starting out as well. A couple people mentioned the Roseville investment group. I'll probably go after the summer. I have children too (11 and 12). I hope to meet you someday!

Hi @Derek Jones. My grandparents lived on Fulton Avenue when it was a dirt road and later ran a hamburger drive-in on the property and then later leased the land to Pioneer Chicken.
For some reason, I'm attracted to historic homes that have been converted into office suites. I have no idea if that would be a good investment though. But I also like the idea of flipping and holding homes because I love interior design.

Thank you @Sydney Hall. Enjoy the weather in San Luis Obispo! I also enjoy home staging. I'm taking Interior Design courses and am still exploring if I just want to continue writing about it or if I want to actually do it. Thank you @Dylan Vargas for the information about the Roseville group. We used to live in Roseville but moved to Folsom five years ago for the school system. : )
