@Bing Lin I live in Statesville. It's a weird little market. It's been on the edge of booming for as long as I can remember, but it's just far enough from Charlotte and Winston Salem that people tend to leave it alone. Most of my investments have been in Mooresville, NC or Wilmington, NC. However, Statesville is where I call home.
