@Manolo D. Thanks for the advice! We are actually not a GC for hire and do not advertise, just for our own flips. Just wanted to connect with someone that is also doing deals in the area and help point them in the right direction. We are starting our first every door direct mail campaign in a small neighborhood that we want to target and we have a few questions. We have the route picked out out and just need help with the mailing logos:

My understanding is that EDDM - Retail is the best one to go with, and you do not need a mail permit for it.

For the postage are these the 2 logos that you need to put on? Do we print these on before dropping them off at the post office or do they print them on for you?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if any of you use a CRM program to keep track of your leads. We are doing tons of direct mail marketing and I would like to track our leads for possible deals. Any experience with CRM for property management also?

I know working at large commercial brokerages we used ACT. Is there something more economical for a small boutique brokerage, say 2-4 users?
