Wendell, does your lender make loans in the NW Indiana areas?  I'm doing some deals there with a local partner, but I am in California.

My company is looking for agent in the Philadelphia area to handle the real estate portion of a short sale. We have the Seller and a couple of interested buyers and we will process the short sale. All that we need is someone to write up a listing angreement and an offer. The property is worth about $170K and we are looking to pay 1% just for a little paperwork.
