This past Wednesdays meeting though small was productive. 

Another great investment minded Realtor is teaming up with us (Jenn Barona) and will be meeting with us and will be another great resource. Eric Remy with FBC will also be at our next meeting to address financing related questions. This upcoming meeting seems like it has the potential to be our largest meeting to date,-so how does everyone feel about meeting Wednesday October 23rd at the World of Beer on Sw 34th St? They have a side room where we can have discussion & a cold one at the same time. The start time would be the typical 5:45/6pm and we'd stay as long as we all choose to.

Thoughts?

@Clarence Harris As of now, should be Wednesday October 9th starting around 5:45/6. Depending on possible turnout, we may keep it at the office address from the last meeting-or switch to a slightly larger location if it looks like we're going to have a turnout of more than 10 people. Latrice Drayton the property manager will be in attendance along with Eric Remy a loan officer with FBC. It's 50/50 but either at this meeting or the next I have a fellow friend/Realtor that has teamed up with a builder that can build affordably multi family properties or spec homes.

@Danilo Dias @Mary K. Danilo, foreclosures is definitely a topic we can discuss at the upcoming meeting. Also, some additional insight can be received from Mary's contact in Ocala.
