@Christopher McConnell No experience with it but here in Indiana the law supports that whoever pays the taxes and insurance have the most substantial claim to the property. If you fall behind on your mortgage the lender pays the taxes for that reason when they go to court

@Ian A. The population is higher than ever with no sign of pull back. Chicago has officially moved in and the trend continues. Even Gary is seeing exponential price increases as the growth bleeds over from the Hammond area.

@Jason Powell To elaborate a little further I would set up a bank account under the LLC and link quickbooks to it for $20 a month. Then use that only for business expenses and quickbooks will have all your expenses organized and ready to file at the end of the fiscal year

@Jason Powell You do not need to have a real estate license to manage your own properties. In fact you dont need a business license to be a PM either in your case. However I would suggest creating an LLC to manage your properties and keep things organized as well as the benefit of tax write offs.

I ask every single realtor and banker or lender that I come in contact with and they know nothing about it. I cant find any info on the internet either.
